How does reservation work on Roomlala ?
The tenant chooses to prepay the reservation online
The tenant can pre-book accommodation without waiting for a response from the host, as soon as they send their request for information.
At this stage, payment is made immediately and the tenant's bank card is debited with the total amount of the reservation.
➡️ If the request is accepted , the reservation is confirmed immediately .
➡️ If the application expires or is refused , the prepayment is cancelled and the tenant is automatically fully refunded .
The tenant makes a reservation request without prepayment.
If the tenant prefers to wait, the host can pre-accept the request.
In this case, Roomlala informs the tenant that they can proceed with the payment to confirm the reservation.
💬 The tenant must then go to the Roomlala messaging system , open the conversation with the host and click on the "Proceed to payment" button.
Before confirming and paying
🙌 Before paying, the tenant must check all the reservation details .
- The total price.
- Arrival and departure dates.
- The terms and conditions of the rental.
It is also recommended to ask the hosting provider all necessary questions before confirming.
Once the payment is validated
✅ The reservation is definitively confirmed .
The tenant and the host each receive a confirmation email containing:
- The exact address of the accommodation.
- The dates of stay and the price.
- The coordinates of the other party.
