Cancellation conditions: compensation for the accommodation provider

Choose your cancellation policy on Roomlala

As a host, you can choose between three cancellation conditions : Flexible , Moderate or Firm .

These conditions are defined when you create your listing.
By default, the applied condition is Moderate , but you can change it at any time.

How to change your cancellation policy

  • Go to your "Host Area" on Roomlala
  • Click the "Edit" button on your listing
  • In the "Duration and Rent" section, select the desired condition:
    Firm , Moderate , or Flexible

How are you compensated according to the chosen policy?

These conditions apply to bookings confirmed after November 28, 2024.

Flexible cancellation policy

  • Cancellation more than 2 days before arrival : no compensation
  • Cancellation within 2 days of arrival : 100% of the rental fee is retained

Cancellation policy: "Moderate"

  • Cancellation more than 14 days before arrival : no compensation
  • Cancellation between 14 and 2 days before arrival : 30% of the rental fee is retained
  • Cancellation within 2 days of arrival : 100% of the rental fee is retained

"Firm" Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival : no compensation
  • Cancellation between 30 and 2 days before arrival : 30% of the rental fee is retained
  • Cancellation within 2 days of arrival : 100% of the rental fee is retained
