Host Payment
Between the booking and your arrival, Roomlala acts as a trusted third party.
Your payment is held in a secure escrow account and is only released to the host 36 hours after your arrival.
Your money is therefore secure.
You risk no scams as long as the rent is paid online on Roomlala, by credit card only.
In case of a dispute with your host
You can declare a dispute until the day after your arrival, before 1 pm.
This might involve, for example, accommodation not matching the listing or an incorrect location.
In this case, your rent is held while the dispute is analysed.
A refund can then be processed directly by Roomlala.

Insurance
Roomlala insurance covers material damages you might cause during your tenancy.
You are thus protected throughout your stay.
