  • Communication
    Communicate clearly, honestly and respectfully to quickly resolve any potential problems.
  • Rent payment
    The rent must be paid on time and according to the agreed terms.
  • Space maintenance
    The accommodation must be maintained and returned in a state of cleanliness and tidiness equivalent to that of arrival.
  • Compliance with housing rules
    The rental rules must be respected (schedules, noise, use of common areas).
  • Guests
    All visitors must be reported to the host. Guests must also respect the house rules.
  • Damages
    In case of damage, the hosting provider must be informed immediately.
  • End of rental
    The end of the stay must be planned in advance and the accommodation must be left clean and tidy.
