The accommodation must be maintained and returned in a state of cleanliness and tidiness equivalent to that of arrival. - Compliance with housing rules
The rental rules must be respected (schedules, noise, use of common areas). - Guests
All visitors must be reported to the host. Guests must also respect the house rules. - Damages
In case of damage, the hosting provider must be informed immediately. - End of rental
The end of the stay must be planned in advance and the accommodation must be left clean and tidy.
