Pre-payment: how does it work on Roomlala ?

Prepayment on Roomlala

By providing your credit card information, you authorize Roomlala to debit the amount of the reservation .

Pre-payment allows you to indicate to the host that you wish to reserve the accommodation immediately.
This increases your chances of being selected from among other interested tenants.

If the hosting provider accepts your request

The reservation is confirmed immediately .

If the hosting provider refuses your request

The request is cancelled and you are automatically fully refunded .

The refund is processed within 1 to 3 business days to the card used for prepayment.

If the hosting provider does not respond to your request

If the hosting provider has neither accepted nor refused your request within 6 days , it expires automatically .

The reservation is then cancelled and the payment is refunded within 1 to 3 business days to the bank card used.

Prepayment is optional

Pre-payment is an option on Roomlala.

If you prefer not to pay in advance, you can wait for the accommodation provider to accept your request and invite you to book.

You will then be able to pay for the reservation at that time, and it will be definitively confirmed .
