How do I get paid?
To receive your rental payments, simply enter your bank details in the "Bank details" section from the "My account" tab.
Roomlala then makes daily payments to host members.
When do I get paid?
At the start of the tenancy
The full booking amount is transferred 36 hours after the tenancy begins, provided no dispute is declared.
If the tenancy involves multiple instalments
For tenancies longer than 45 days, payment is divided into monthly instalments. Each rental payment is transferred to the host 36 hours after the due date.
Payment timeframe
Once the transfer is initiated by Roomlala, it is processed instantly in most cases.
You usually receive payment the same day 🙂
More rarely, a delay of 2 to 3 days may be necessary, depending on your bank.

You can track all your payments from your personal space.

Payment delays
A payment delay is most often linked to missing or incorrect information in your account.
We invite you to check the following sections in your personal space:
- Bank details
- Verifications
- Taxation
Missing items also appear on your dashboard. Click on the corresponding button to make the requested updates.
Important
👩🏻⚖️ Identity verification and entering your tax information are now mandatory to receive your rental payments.
Without this information, Roomlala reserves the right to withhold payment until your account is fully validated.
