Why you might receive SMS from Roomlala

We may send you SMS messages to verify your phone number or for certain important notifications.

For example, you might receive an SMS when a new booking request is received.

Check your notification settings

In your personal area, go to the tab «My account», then to the section «Profile».

Make sure the following option is checked:

  • «I agree to receive SMS to inform me of booking requests»

Other possible errors

  • Incorrect number: check the country code and your phone number in the tab «My account», section «Verifications».
  • Your operator's anti-spam barrier: it's possible that your operator is blocking our SMS. You can contact them or check the settings in your operator's client area.
  • Insufficient account balance: in case of non-payment, late payment, or insufficient balance (for prepaid plans), SMS reception may be blocked.

Still not receiving SMS ?

If, after all these checks, you are still not receiving SMS, we invite you to contact our customer service.

Please specify in your message:

  • The name of your mobile operator (some operators, like Free, may experience reception difficulties).
  • Your phone number.

This information will allow us to manually verify your number in your personal area if necessary.
