Why you might receive SMS messages from Roomlala
We may send you text messages to verify your phone number or for certain important notifications.
For example, you can receive a text message when a new reservation request is received.
Check your notification settings
In your personal space, go to the "My Account" tab, then to the "Profile" section.
Check that the following option is selected:
- "I agree to receive text messages informing me of reservation requests."
Other possible errors
- Incorrect number: check the area code and your phone number in the "My Account" tab, under "Verifications" .
- Your mobile operator's spam filter: It's possible your operator is blocking our SMS messages. You can contact them or check the settings in your operator's online account.
- Insufficient funds: In case of non-payment, late payment or insufficient balance (for prepaid plans), SMS reception may be blocked.
You're still not receiving SMS messages?
If, after all these checks, you still do not receive an SMS, we invite you to contact our customer service.
Please specify in your message:
- The name of your mobile operator (some operators, such as Free, may experience reception difficulties).
- Your phone number.
This information will allow us to manually verify your number in your personal space if necessary.
