Service fees and Premium Membership

Premium Membership deduction on service fees

If you are a Premium member , the cost of your Pass is automatically deducted from your service fees . This continues until the total cost of your Pass is reached.

For example, with a Premium Membership at €50 , we deduct up to €50 from your service fees, on one or more rentals if necessary.

Examples of operation

- First rental during the Premium Membership period: if your service fees are €35, they become €0 .
- Second rental during the same period: if your service fee is €30, it is reduced to €15 .
The calculation is simple: €50 Premium Membership - €35 already used = €15 remaining.

After full use of the Premium Membership

Once your Premium Membership has been fully used, the usual service charges will automatically resume.

The discount is reactivated as soon as you renew your Premium Membership.

Premium Membership paid but not active

If you think you have paid for your Premium Membership but it does not appear as active on your account, don't worry.

We invite you to contact our customer service department by sending us proof of payment provided by your bank (receipt or bank statement).

This will allow us to quickly verify the situation and regularize your access to the Premium Membership.
