How can I share my contact details? 📞

Would you like to get the phone number or email address of the person you are talking to? There are two ways to exchange your contact details on Roomlala. We will explain everything.

1. After your booking is confirmed

Once the booking is paid for and confirmed, your contact's details are automatically sent to you. You will then receive:

• Their email address
• Their phone number
• The exact address of the property

This information is available in the confirmation email and in the messaging system, to the left of the conversation.

⚠️ Please note: once a booking is confirmed, penalties may apply in the event of cancellation or a disagreement regarding the property. If you prefer to speak directly before committing, the Premium Pass is for you.

2. Before booking, with the Premium Pass

It is sometimes more reassuring to talk directly before finalising a booking. With the Premium Pass, you can share your contact details (phone and/or email) via Roomlala's messaging system, to connect directly with the other person.

And if you book, your service fees will be completely waived.

What about without a Premium Pass?

As long as the booking is not confirmed and you do not have a Premium Pass, you can still exchange messages freely via Roomlala's messaging system. This space is ideal for asking questions and discussing details before taking things further. However, sharing contact details is not possible at this stage.

How do I sign up for the Premium Pass?

Go to your personal space, click on the "Account" tab, then the Premium Pass section. The Pass is a 12-month subscription, with the price clearly displayed before payment.

Important: subscribing to the Premium Pass does not automatically share other members' contact details. To exchange them, you must:

• Have an active Premium Pass
• Use the Roomlala messaging system
• Send your details, or ask for your contact's details

Once your message is read, the other member will be able to contact you directly or share their own details in return, if they wish.

Why does it work this way?

This system protects the entire community. In particular, it prevents payments made outside of the platform, which are against the rules and risky for users. Roomlala's goal is to guarantee a fair, secure, and reliable experience for both hosts and tenants.
