How do I exchange contact information? 📞

1. Confirm your reservation

When the reservation is paid and confirmed , your contact person's details are automatically sent to you.

You will then receive:

  • His email address
  • His phone number
  • The exact address of the accommodation

This information is available in the confirmation email and in the messaging system, to the left of the conversation.

⚠️ Warning: once the reservation is confirmed, penalties may apply in case of cancellation or disagreement regarding the accommodation.

If you wish to exchange information more freely before confirming, it is recommended to subscribe to the Premium Membership .

2. Subscribe to the Premium Membership

We understand that it is sometimes more reassuring to speak directly before finalizing a reservation.

With the Premium Membership , you can share your contact details via Roomlala messaging (phone and/or personal email) for direct contact.

When reservation, the Premium Membership amount is deducted from your service fees .

It's a simple, practical and secure solution.

If the reservation is not yet confirmed

Without a Premium Membership and as long as the reservation is not confirmed, you can still exchange messages freely via the Roomlala messaging system.

This space is ideal for asking your questions and discussing details before going any further.

How do I subscribe to the Premium Membership ?

The Premium Membership can only be paid for by credit card on Roomlala.

Go to your personal space, "My Account" tab, then " Premium Membership " section.

Two options are available:

  • Monthly subscription
  • Annual subscription

Important : subscribing to the Premium Membership does not automatically grant access to the contact details of other members.

To exchange your contact information, you must:

  • Having an active Premium Membership
  • Communicate via Roomlala messaging
  • Send your contact details or request those of your contact person.

Once your message has been read, the other member can, if they wish, contact you directly or share their contact details.

Why does it work this way?

This system aims to protect the entire community .

In particular, it avoids payments made outside the platform, practices which are against the rules and risky for users.

Roomlala 's goal is to ensure a fair, secure and reliable experience for both hosts and tenants.
