As a host, what are the benefits of the Premium Pass?

Are you hesitating about signing up for a Premium Pass? Here is exactly what it changes for you as a host.

Communicate freely with your tenants

Without a Premium Pass, you can only communicate via the Roomlala messaging system. With the Pass, you unlock the ability to share contact details with interested tenants: email, phone, and organising a viewing or a meeting. You close deals faster and more easily.

No more service fees

During an online booking, a 3% service fee is deducted from the amount paid to you. With the Premium Pass, these fees are deducted from your bookings, up to the value of your Pass and according to the terms of use: you receive your rent without any service fees.

An exception to be aware of: if you have activated the "I will cover the service fees" option on a listing, the Pass only covers your 3% share. The share you chose to pay on behalf of your tenant remains due. It makes sense: the Pass eliminates your fees, not those you voluntarily choose to cover to make your listing more attractive.

Receive more inquiries
