Automatic Premium Pass Renewal
You believe Roomlala renewed your Premium Pass and took a payment without your consent.
We understand this might be surprising.
However, as stated at the time of subscription and in our general terms and conditions of use, the Premium Pass is automatically renewed.
This information is also reiterated in the confirmation email sent when you subscribed to the Premium Pass. If you subscribed to a 12-month Pass, a reminder notification is sent 3 months before it expires.
You can deactivate automatic renewal at any time from your account, in the My account > Premium Pass section.
- Roomlala never automatically refunds an automatically renewed Premium Pass.
- However, the Premium Pass can only be refunded at its expiry, if you meet certain criteria, depending on whether you are a tenant or a host.
