Attic room of approximately 14 m² floor area, with dressing space and new bedding (120x200). For one person only.
Common areas: modern fitted kitchen, contemporary bathroom, bright living room, two riverfront terraces.
Suitable for a professionally active person, quiet and respectful, with an employment contract in the region. Accommodation not suitable for a party lifestyle.
Rent includes all outgoings. Compulsory car park space if you have a vehicle (extra). Contract renewable monthly. Termination: one month's notice for the end of a month.
