Residential area located in a very quiet neighbourhood, on the ground floor, with good transport links (express buses) 1 hour from Lisbon, 40m from Fátima, 10m from the beaches. The house is very well organised and clean, and guests must agree to and accept the house rules. Fully equipped student residence. Communal cleaning included, all bills included (water, internet and gas), electricity shared by all. Smoking is not permitted in the house, nor are pets allowed, visits subject to prior authorisation. Bed linen and towels may be provided. A 1 month deposit is required. Untimely departures imply payment for the full amount of the agreed months. The maximum rate applies, with no right to a refund of the deposit.
