Central heating and hot water are included in the rental charges (shared home insurance costs, cold water, electricity, and internet). A garage is available for rent in the basement. A 6-minute walk from the Cité du Design, a 9-minute walk from the Télécom school, and a 4-minute walk from the Chaleassière tram stop. This is a non-joint tenancy agreement with no agency fees.
