Near the banks of the Loire, a few minutes from old Tours, by bus, car or 2 wheels, I offer on the garden level of my house located in the heart of the historic district of Saint Cyr sur Loire, a beautiful bright room of 16 M2 with small terrace overlooking the garden, shower room/wc shareable with the tenant of the adjoining room and possibility of having access to a shared kitchen/laundry room. Independent access via garage or garden depending on the weather. Very quiet area. Free street parking. For tenant exclusively in professional activity, training or student. In the event of a request pre-approved by me, you will have one week to confirm the reservation, otherwise the request will be canceled.
