I am renting a 12 m² room in my apartment, which overlooks a tree-lined pedestrian walkway leading to the Noisiel RER station, a 5-minute walk away. This location is ideal for reaching Paris in 20 minutes and Disneyland Paris in 15 minutes.

The room has a large, recently renovated terrace, sunny and furnished for your comfort. It includes a very comfortable sofa bed, similar to a good mattress, a bedside table, a chest of drawers, a large desk, a television, and Wi-Fi internet access.

The kitchen, bathroom, and toilet are shared.

In the room, you will find a coffee, tea, and hot chocolate machine with capsules provided.

The washing machine is available for an additional fee.

I am also happy to offer breakfast and/or dinner for a more convivial experience.
