Room for rent in very quiet residence. I live there with my dog, and ask my roommates to be as calm and quiet as me. There is the kitchen, the shared dining room, as well as the bathroom and toilets of course. I'm on the 5th floor of a building that has an elevator, fortunately. On the other hand, no parking inside the residence, but the area is generally secure for cars.
