The bedroom is a bright and comfortable haven, well-heated in winter and well-ventilated in summer. It is equipped with a single bed, a table, a clothing rack, shelves, and Wi-Fi access. Perfect for working or studying as a base in the city. You have access to the well-equipped kitchen and the bathroom, which features a bath/shower and a washer-dryer. The toilet is separate. Security is provided via an entry code and an intercom. Close to amenities and transport links: Lamarck-Caulaincourt metro station (2 minutes away). As your hosts, the other bedroom will be occupied by us as a couple. Ideally, we are looking for a freelancer or a student who is active during the day and quiet in the evenings. Perfect for studying and retreating to a zen space.
