Room in shared house with access to common areas (Sablé-Sur-Sarthe - 72300)

Hello!

My name is Sébastien, I'm 47 years old, a divorced father. I bought my house when I needed to accommodate my sons. Now they're grown, and the house is often unoccupied, so I decided to share it :).

Here's a description of what I'm offering:

Check-in is from 3:00 p.m., and check-out must be by 11:00 a.m. A lockbox is available in case I'm away; the code will be sent one hour beforehand. The house has a kitchen with assigned shelves in the refrigerator, a toilet, a living room, a garden and a terrace, as well as a bathroom and a shower room, all shared. Wi-Fi is free. Sheets and towels are provided, and cleaning is to be done as you would at home: cleaning the toilet, rinsing the shower, washing dishes, etc.

The house can accommodate up to 8 people, with 4 bedrooms equipped with double beds.
