Room in an apartment in the 15th arrondissement (Paris - 75015)

Hello everyone,

We are looking for a roommate to replace one of our members who recently passed away.

The apartment is located in the 15th arrondissement of Paris, in a quiet and secure building just steps from Montparnasse train station. The total surface area of the apartment is approximately 120m², the room for rent is approximately 10-12m² and is already furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe).

The current members of the shared apartment are:
- Marin, 26, data analyst at a consulting firm
- Louis, 28, data scientist in the healthcare sector
- Pierre, 29, logistics project manager at a consulting firm

An additional charge upon entry is to be expected in order to change the rental agreement. The room is available as soon as possible.
