In a residential building in Ploemeur, I am renting a room on the first floor. This room is equipped with a double bed (140x190), a flat-screen TV with a Molotov radio, and a desk. Free Wi-Fi is available. It also has a wardrobe and a towel rack. The tenant will have access to a shared shower room located on the ground floor, as well as a shared toilet on the same level.

The shared kitchen, also on the ground floor, is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, and all necessary utensils (plates, cutlery, glasses, cups, pots, pans, etc.). Free private parking, secured by a gate, is available to residents.

The accommodation is located approximately 1.5 km from the town center where all the useful shops (Carrefour Market, Lidl, pharmacies, doctors, etc.) are located and 3 km from the beach. 300 meters away is a bus stop serving the faculty and Fort Bloqué beach. A large market is held every Sunday.
