I've lived in this house since 1997.
The neighborhood is quiet, green spaces are nearby, and the Orge River flows alongside the garden.
The room I'm offering is on the first floor, overlooking the garden.
It's simple, with fiber optic cable, a double bed, and a storage unit.
On the same floor, there are two other bedrooms for tenants, a renovated bathroom, and a separate toilet. Both are shared between tenants.
On the ground floor, there's the kitchen, which opens onto the terrace and garden. It's well-equipped, but without a dishwasher. A dining room and a toilet on the ground floor complete the space.
