Young man of 28 years old and owner, I rent an ideal room for students.
In a pretty, renovated 80m² duplex apartment, I rent a furnished room including a large wardrobe and an office space. The bedroom is upstairs. There is also a bathroom and toilet.
A large shared living room/living room/open kitchen of 34m², and a balcony of 5.5m² (with a view of the Chevreuse Valley and the fields of the Château de Saint-Jean de Beauregard) complete the rental of this room.
