Room for rent for rent in our home. We are an active couple with a dog. Tenants will have access to all common areas as well as the garden. We can provide bedding and towels if needed. The beach is accessible by foot, bike, or bus, and there is a forest right behind the house. Our home is located near Bayonne, with free street parking available.
We are looking for quiet tenants, whether students or professionals, who do not plan to host outside visitors. The apartment is designed to accommodate one person.
The proposed room includes a double bed (sofa bed), a small table and part of the dressing room.
