Accessible in less than half an hour from the train station and approximately 35 minutes from the airport. Public transport (tram A) as well as bus 9 are easily accessible, less than 3 minutes from the house. Amenities include use of the kitchen, washing machine, dryer, as well as a refrigerator and freezer to share with another person. Housed in a charming stone shop with a sunny garden, this offer also allows you to enjoy the garden during the nice weather. Access to the living room and private areas is however restricted, since I live in this house. Linens are provided. The place is very quiet and ideally located. The owner speaks fluent Spanish.
