Hi everyone!

A room is available in a shared apartment for 2 people. My roommate and friend is renting out his room in this beautiful two-story apartment located in the southwest of Montreal, close to the Jolicoeur metro station. The apartment offers a large living room with a cozy atmosphere, a large back balcony equipped with a barbecue, and a sleeping area completely separate from the living area for added peace and quiet. The bedroom includes a queen-size mattress and a large closet.

You will be sharing this apartment with me. I'm Arnaud, originally from France and have lived in Montreal for several years, working full-time. I consider myself a very respectful, tidy, and friendly person.
