Room for rent in sunny Rosemont for students. You will share the common areas with two other people occupying the three-bedroom accommodation located above ours. Only long study stays of more than four months are accepted, such as internships, sessions or university years. Shops within walking distance (grocery stores, pharmacies, bakery, supermarket) are nearby. There are also parks, a swimming pool and a running track nearby. The botanical garden and the Beaubien cinema are other attractions within walking distance or by bus. Buses 18 and 139 will take you to the Beaubien or Pie IX metro stations.
