Rent a room by the sea (Marseille - 13007)

I am renting a furnished room by the sea, with a surface area of 13 m² plus a storage space. The double bed measures 140x200. The location is close to the city center and the old port, about 15 minutes walk. Many buses are available just downstairs from the building.

The kitchen is well equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, a dishwasher, an espresso machine, an electric stove with oven and a microwave. The apartment also benefits from high-speed wifi. It is furnished and includes a TV corner. The bathroom and the kitchen are shared areas.

The apartment has a total surface area of 120 m² and has a veranda/balcony with a smoking area and a sea view. It is located 100 m from the Catalans beach and the Vallon des Auffes. Pets are not allowed.

Charges include water, electricity and internet. The rental is not eligible for APL.

I lead a healthy and calm lifestyle, being both an early riser and an early bedtime. I am an employee and I remain at your disposal for any additional information.
