Hello, I am 58 years old and in August my partner and my son, for family reasons, have to leave for Vendée and I, for professional reasons, I have to stay. This 10 m² room, with a double bed, if that suits you, completely renovated last year, will therefore be available from August 24 (possibility of setting up a breakfast area and a television).

The rental period will be approximately 10-11 months maximum, so until around the beginning of July, but it could be extended if I decide to keep this accommodation. This residential apartment is 1/4h walk from the RER of Drancy and Le Blanc-Mesnil (buses 148,620,346 and 45). It has a private garden of 67 m² with terrace, it is well insulated (the heat comes in after a week of heatwave), the living room and the (small) fitted kitchen can be closed; there is little to no noise from the neighborhood. I also have a rowing machine, weights, a step. Most of the furniture will be there.
