Spare room in Spacious villa available for long or short term rent. I'm away for 6 months of the year so you will have the place to yourself. You must be a tidy person willing to keep my home up to standard in my absence. There's pretty much everything you need including a community pool just at the rear of the villa. I'm sociable and very easy going and so are my family, as long as you are too, we like to keep the place clean and tidy. There’s a good size corner plot garden and plenty of on road parking. The villa facilities are electric hob and oven, fridge freezer, microwave, washer, pots, pans, cups and glassware, sheets and bedding, parasols, indoor and outdoor meal tables, barbeque area, flat room with conservatory, storage area where you may keep a large box or two of your infrequently needed belonging. The local area is quiet and you are to be respectful to our neighbours with regards to noise in the evenings. 5 minutes away is everything you need, local shops, bars, banks etc.

Renting the first stair off my Tipical Spanish bungalow idealy situated in a quiet aera ( just close to the national park and rose salted lake full or Flamingos ) but with all basics services nearby. Supermarket, bars restaurants, gas station, mini market, live music, karaoké, pétanque, bus station . The suite bedroom is at at the first stair and with it's 25 M2 private terrasse. You only have to cross the down stair ( possibility of using it as well with it's wooden oven and barbecue and m'y living room to go upstair. This house is eco friendly all with solar energy. As arriving you sur have yours own keys making you free to get out and in 24H/7. Any type of other services is possible, especialy pick and drop airport service and access to a comunity pool at 300 meters. No worry about my 2 cats as they nether go close to no one except my self.
