Between Nantes and Saint-Jean-de-Mont, located in a peaceful and charming countryside village, I offer one of my four rooms, available by the night, week, or month. Two rooms face south, while another benefits from late afternoon sunlight. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating and offer views of magnificent century-old oak trees. The property features a vast 2,000 m² garden with parking space. Wi-Fi is available. My spacious house features a colonial style and includes a 60 m² terrace, ideal for barbecues.
We also offer the following options:

- Dinner including a charcuterie/cheese platter, a glass of wine, and dessert, also upon request the day before.
