I am subletting, with the landlord's consent, a large room in a large house located in Montreuil, a shared apartment near the Parc des Guilands. The house is close to the Gallieni (line 3) and Robespierre (line 9) stations.

The house is furnished, equipped, and has a garden, a bathtub, and fiber optic internet.

The room is on two levels and includes a desk, a comfortable bed, and a fan.

A one-minute walk away, there is a vegetable garden where you can grow tomatoes and raspberries in exchange for a little watering while my roommates are away.

The living environment is pleasant and peaceful, surrounded by nature, yet close to the Paris metro. It's ideal for a single person or a couple.

Nearby are a large park, a shopping center, restaurants, a tobacconist's, bakeries, and convenience stores.

Important:
- While my roommates are away, I must entrust my cat to you. She is calm and used to being left alone.
- My roommates will be away in July and present in August. They are very kind and discreet.

- The rent includes all utilities.
