This place is perfect for a single person looking for great comfort and absolute tranquility, ideal for working, creating, or simply relaxing. The remarkably spacious room is equipped with a queen-size bed. It benefits from a private bathroom and separate private toilet, complemented by access to a rooftop terrace which offers a breathtaking view. However, it is designed to accommodate a single person, like the two other neighboring rooms. Our policy is to accommodate only one tenant per room in order to preserve the tranquility of all residents. The tenant has access to generous spaces including a cozy living room, a glass roof surrounded by numerous green plants, a piano, a room intended for relaxation or work, as well as a kitchenette. The latter can be occasionally shared with the owners.
