In Dombasle (15 km from Nancy), rent attic room of 9.60 m² in spacious house and quiet street, with few cars passing. The room is the only one on the second floor, adjoining a bathroom with toilet. To get to Nancy, train, bus 3 min from the house. Located 5 min from the city center (10,000 inhabitants) with shops, activities (swimming pool, etc.), 4 supermarkets. Close to the highway (towards Nancy/Metz and Lunéville), 10 min from Nancy by train (train to Nancy/Metz or Lunéville/Strasbourg and bus 2/hour). I do not take people with addictions (alcohol, etc.), nor unemployed or on minimum social benefits following numerous unpaid bills and other problems. Students accepted if deposit and sure guarantor. Requests respect for people (landlord, roommates, neighborhood) and no criminal record. I prefer people on assignment, temporary work, and with a job. One month's notice to be respected and the room must be left clean upon departure.
