I'm looking for a roommate for a very bright 80 m² apartment located in the heart of the Écusson district. The dedicated space includes a private bedroom and a mezzanine office, totaling 25 m². The 15 m² bedroom is air-conditioned and equipped with a single bed that converts to a double bed, as well as large closets. Linens are provided.

The office space is equipped with a desk with chair and a sofa bed. The common areas include a large 25 m² living room and a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, etc.).

The bathroom is spacious and has a washing machine, ironing board, and iron. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a building with no elevator and no overlooked views. Despite its proximity to all amenities (supermarkets, pharmacies, tram, bus, restaurants, and bars), the apartment is located on a quiet street. Access to the building is secured by a digital code.

A student lease and a guarantee (via an insurer or a physical guarantor) are required for the rental.
