The fridge, freezer, microwave, and bathroom are located in other spaces outside the room, for the exclusive use of tenants. (Toilet: shared). Key loan with bond and guarantee receipt. GOOD standard but an advantageous LOW RENT: because other private rooms are NOT shared. Nearby laundromats. Bus STOP nearby. Place des Terreaux Metros. Desirable traditional neighbourhood = "Les Pentes", 1st arr, Lyon city centre PEDESTRIAN. Gardens. Buses, Metros. NO washing machine on the rental premises, nor shared kitchen or living room. Anne et Yann sont très gentils. La chambre est propre, pas très grande, mais c'est suffisant pour une personne ! Le quartier est super, et la rue est très belle. Pour cet endroit, le loyer n'est pas cher !

Le séjour chez Anne a été agréable. Elle est gentille, cultivée, serviable et conciliante. En revanche, ce que j'ai le plus apprécié dans le quartier, ce sont les magnifiques librairies qu'il abrite. Dans certains d'entre eux, il est même possible de trouver des livres de collection.
