Furnished studio on the 1st floor of 3 in a secure residence, in a quiet dead end facing the ramparts right next to the Thiers gate. I live 5 minutes walk away and am available if needed.
The studio is located 15/20 minutes walk from the SNCF and PEM train stations, and less than 5 minutes walk from a supermarket and other fast food shops, the intramural, Vélopops, bus stops and shuttles leading everywhere in and around Avignon. It is an excellent starting point to visit Provence, the Camargue and others while enjoying the atmosphere of Avignon evenings.
Residence, secure collective parking and bicycle storage, access by vigik and digicode. Caretaker, laundry and small gym.
Among other equipment: microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster. Arrivals between 2pm and 9pm to be agreed together. Departure before 11am.
