About 45 minutes from the universities and 35 minutes from the quays of Bordeaux. Shops nearby. Shared entrance to the house which is on one level. Respect for the cleanliness and maintenance of the common areas. Discreet person. Separate toilet from the bathroom to share with the owner. Only 1 room rented in a single-story house 96 m2. Not allergic to cat hair because I have two! Alarm inside the house.
