I'm offering a shared room in my apartment. It's intended for temporary accommodation. My apartment is clean and bright. I'll be happy to accommodate a person with good care. It's also pleasant because it's located near Valence, with a bus stop right outside the building. You'll also have access to a free parking space if you're coming by car.

I'm looking for an independent person who enjoys a comfortable living environment with shared access to the various living areas. They will have their own bedroom and dedicated access to the apartment. I have a cellar if needed for a bicycle.
