Hello future roommate!
We are looking for someone to take over the lease in our 5-person shared house (3 men + 1 woman + you) (we are 3 landlords).
We live in a beautiful 240 m² villa overlooking Lake Geneva. A bus stop is located nearby, providing a 10-minute connection to Vevey train station.
We live with 2 dogs and 2 cats.
The house has 5 individual bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with toilets + 1 separate toilet + 1 living/dining room with a wood-burning stove, sofa, and large TV + 1 kitchen + 1 mezzanine for guests, working from home, or other uses + 1 garage + 1 garden + 2 parking spaces.
The room being taken over has direct access to the garden and a wardrobe; the bed can also be left.
We're looking for a financially stable person who wants a long-term stay and who will enjoy sharing fun times in our shared apartment.
