How do ratings work for a hosting provider ⭐️?
Publish and manage your tenant reviews 🏡
As a host on Roomlala , you can leave a review on your guest's profile after their departure. These reviews strengthen trust among community members. It's simple and very helpful for everyone.
📝 Where can I find my assessments?
Go to your Personal Area , Hosting Area tab, then to the Ratings section. You will find there:
- Your received ratings
- Your submitted reviews
- Your pending ratings
💡 Tip: Remember to leave a review after each departure. This helps future hosts and renters, and fosters a relationship of trust for the entire community.
💬 Respond to a review
You can respond to the review left by your tenant:
- Click on the Reply button to the right of the notice.
- Write a short and clear answer (limited number of characters).
⚠️ Deleting or modifying a review
Roomlala is not the author of the published reviews. A review can only be modified by its author , i.e., by your tenant. If a review contains offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory remarks , Roomlala may decide to remove it.
