How are the rental amounts calculated?

How do the rates work depending on the duration of the reservation ?

💡 On Roomlala, differentiated rates are automatically taken into account only for bookings of less than 45 days .

For longer-term rentals , these surcharges are not applied automatically. However, you can manually adjust the price of a reservation request after discussing it with the tenant through your Roomlala messaging system.

🛠️ How do I enter my prices?

To indicate your different rates for bookings of less than 45 days:
- Go to your personal Roomlala space ;
- Click on “Hosting space” ;
- Click on the yellow “Edit” button to the right of your listing photo;
- On the modification page, open the “Durations and rents” section;
- Scroll to the bottom of this section to enter your different rates .
