These reviews allow you to share your experience and help future tenants make their choice with confidence.

Where can I find the ratings?

You can view all the ratings from your Personal Area .

Go to the "Tenant Area" tab, then to the "Ratings" section.

How is a property's rating calculated?

The overall rating of a property is based on several criteria:

• Overall satisfaction : your overall experience of the stay.
• Reception : the quality of the reception and the information provided upon arrival.
• Cleanliness : the state of cleanliness and tidiness of the accommodation upon arrival.
• Reliability : the conformity of the accommodation with the description of the listing and the quality of the exchanges with the host.
