What does each rental status / each action on your part mean?

Check the status of your reservation

To check the status of your reservation, go to the Roomlala messaging system , to the conversation with your tenant.

Once the status is displayed, you can view its meaning below.

Reservation status

  • To be confirmed: the host has accepted a request for information, but the tenant has not yet confirmed or paid.
  • Pending: The tenant has sent an information request without confirming. The host may pre-accept, communicate with the tenant, or decline.
  • Confirmed: payment has been made and the request accepted by the host, but the rental has not yet started.
  • Refused: The host refused the request. The tenant was not charged.
  • Expired: the hosting provider did not respond within 48 hours.
  • Dispute: The tenant has declared a dispute.
  • Cancelled: the tenant has cancelled their request for information or reservation.
  • Cancelled by the host: the host has cancelled the reservation.
  • Cancelled by the tenant: the tenant has cancelled the reservation.
